In this paper, we generalize the definition of fuzzy inner product space that is introduced by Lorena Popa and Lavinia Sida on a complex linear space. Certain properties of the generalized fuzzy inner product function are shown. Furthermore, we prove that this fuzzy inner product produces a Nadaban-Dzitac fuzzy norm. Finally, the concept of orthogonality is given and some of its properties are proven.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the definition of a general fuzzy norned space as a generalization of the notion fuzzy normed space after that some illustrative examples are given then basic properties of this space are investigated and proved.

For example when V and U are two general fuzzy normed spaces then the operator  is a general fuzzy continuous at u  V if and only if u in V implies S(u) in U.

     Our goal in the present paper is to introduce a new type of fuzzy inner product space. After that, to illustrate this notion, some examples are introduced. Then we prove that that every fuzzy inner product space is a fuzzy normed space. We also prove that the cross product of two fuzzy inner spaces is again a fuzzy inner product space. Next, we prove that the fuzzy inner product is a non decreasing function. Finally, if U is a fuzzy complete fuzzy inner product space and D is a fuzzy closed subspace of U, then we prove that U can be written as a direct sum of D and the fuzzy orthogonal complement    of D.

Electron Transfer reaction rate constants at Semiconductor / Liquid interfaces are calculated dy using the Fermi Golden Rule for Semiconductor. The reorganization energy   eV is computed for Semiconductor / Liquid Interfaces system in two solvents and compared with experimental value. The driving force (free energy) ΔGo(eV) is calculated depending on spectrum Ru(H2L`)2 (NCS)2 . The transfer is treated according with weak coupling (nonadiabatic) for two – state level between the Semiconductor and acceptor molecule state.

   Theoretically description of the electron transfer of the electron transfer of met/mol has been investigated in this work according to the quantum theory. By using a model that is derived depending on the first order perturbation theory, the rate constant at met/mol interface can be calculated with the calculated reorganization energy. In this research, damping properties for composite materials were evaluated using logarithmic decrement method to study the effect of reinforcements on the damping ratio of the epoxy matrix. Three stages of composites were prepared in this research. The first stage included preparing binary blends of epoxy (EP) and different weight percentages of polysulfide rubber (PSR) (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%). It was found that the weight percentage 5% of polysulfide was the best percentage, which gives the best mechanical properties for the blend matrix. The advantage of this blend matrix is that; it mediates between the brittle properties of epoxy and the flexible properties of a blend matrix with the highest percentage of PSR. The second stage
