Thin films Tin sulfide SnS pure and doped with different ratios of Cu (X=0, 0.01, 0.03 and 0.05) were prepared using thermal evaporation with a vacuum of 4*10^-6mbar on two types of substrates n-type Si and glass with (500) nm thickness for solar cell application. X-ray diffraction and AFM analysis were carried out to explain the influence of Cu ratio dopant on structural and morphological properties respectively. In this paper a circuit that can display the decimal equivalent of an n-bit binary number is designed and it’s behavior is described using Verilog Hardware Descriptive Language (HDL). This HDL program is then used to configure an FPGA to implement the designed circuit.

     In this paper, we shall investigate and study some kinds of ideals in an intuitionistic fuzzy setting, they are called complete intuitionistic fuzzy subalgebra, complete intuitionistic fuzzy ideal, and complete intuitionistic fuzzy ideal. In this study, we have also proposed some hypotheses to explain some of the relationships between these kinds of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals.
