Zadah in [1] introduced the notion of a fuzzy subset A of a nonempty set S as a mapping from S into [0,1], Liu in [2] introduced the concept of a fuzzy ring, Martines [3] introduced the notion of a fuzzy ideal of a fuzzy ring. A non zero proper ideal I of a ring R is called an essential ideal if I  J  (0), for any non zero ideal J of R, [4]. Inaam in [5] fuzzified this concept to essential fuzzy ideal of fuzzy ring and gave its basic properties. Nada in [6] introduced and studied notion of semiessential ideal in a ring R, where a non zero ideal I of R is called semiessential if I  P  (0) for all non zero prime ideals of R, [4]. A ring R is called uniform if every ideal of R is essential. Nada in [6] introduced and studied the notion semiuniform ring where a ring R is called semiuniform ring if every ideal of R is semiessential ideal. In this paper we fuzzify the concepts semiessential ideal of a ring, uniform ring and semiuniform ring into semiessential fuzzy ideal of fuzzy ring, uniform fuzzy ring and semiuniform fuzzy ring. Where a fuzzy ideal A of a fuzzy ring X is semiessential if I  P  (0) for any prime fuzzy ideal P of X. A fuzzy ring X is called uniform (semiuniform) if every fuzzy ideal of X is essential (semiessential) respectively. In S.1, some basic definitions and results are collected. In S.2, we study semiesential fuzzy ideals of fuzzy ring, we give some basic properties about this concept. In S.3, we study the notion of uniform fuzzy rings and semiuniform fuzzy rings. Several properties about them are given. Throughout this paper, R is commutative ring with unity, and X(0) = 1, for any fuzzy ring.

In this paper, we study a new concept of fuzzy sub-module, called fuzzy socle semi-prime sub-module that is a generalization the concept of semi-prime fuzzy sub-module and fuzzy of approximately semi-prime sub-module in the ordinary sense. This leads us to introduce level property which studies the relation between the ordinary and fuzzy sense of approximately semi-prime sub-module. Also, some of its characteristics and notions such as the intersection, image and external direct sum of fuzzy socle semi-prime sub-modules are introduced. Furthermore, the relation between the fuzzy socle semi-prime sub-module and other types of fuzzy sub-module presented.
The fuzzy sets theory has been applied in many fields, such as operations research, control theory and management sciences, etc. In particular, an application of this theory in decision making problem is linear programming problems with fuzzy technological coefficients numbers, as well as studying the parametric linear programming problems in the case of changes in the objective function. In this paper presenting a new procedure which connects and makes link between fuzzy linear programming problem with fuzzy technological coefficients numbers and parametric linear programming problem with change in coefficients of the objective function, then develop a numerical example illustrates the steps of solution to this kind of problems.
In this paper, we introduce three robust fuzzy estimators of a location parameter based on Buckley’s approach, in the presence of outliers. These estimates were compared using the variance of fuzzy numbers criterion, all these estimates were best of Buckley’s estimate. of these, the fuzzy median was the best in the case of small and medium sample size, and in large sample size, the fuzzy trimmed mean was the best.
The way used to estimate the fuzzy reliability differs according to the nature of the information of failure time which has been dealt in this research.The information of failure times has no probable distribution to explain it , in addition it has fuzzy quality.The research includes fuzzy reliability estimation of three periods ,the first one from 1986 to 2013,the second one from 2013 to 2033 while the third one from 2033 to 2066 .Four failure time have been chosen to identify the membership function of fuzzy trapezoid represented in the pervious years after taking in consideration the estimation of most researchers, proffional geologists and the technician who is incharge of maintaining of Mosul Dam project.
