This study was performed by using the unsaturated polyester resin as matrix to the
composite materials with the rice husk as reinforced materials . The research included study
of wear test on the composite material The results show that the, wear is increased with the
increase of applied load and distance slipping and also with time increase . moreover the
shows that the higher value wear rate( 1.91gm/cm) from the load (20) N and the higher value
wear rate (1.43gm/cm) from the higher distance (4cm) and from the higher time (6min) higher
wear rate (5.33gm/cm).

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) has become one of the most common chronic liver diseases worldwide, which characterized by steatosis, inflammation, and fibrosis. The aim of this designed study is to evaluate the ability of guggulsterone to prevent high fat diet induced steatohepatitis in mice. Five groups of male mice were selected and treated as the following: group I, mice had free access to standard commercial diet and considered as control group, group II, mice were fed a specially formulated high-fat diet for 12 weeks to induce non-alcoholic liver disease, while groups III, IV and V the mice were administered high fat diet containing guggulsterone at 500, 1000 and 2000 ppm concentration respectively for 12 weeks. The result of this study found that the supplementation with B. brave and L. salivarius down-regulate the relative expression of 6-methylsalicylic acid synthase (msas), ATP binding cassette transporter (ABC) and putative cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (P450-1) as well.
