Let n be a positive integer and  denotes the number of overpartition triples. In this note, we prove two identities modulo 16 and 32 for . We provide a new method to reprove a result of Lin Wang for completely determining and  modulo 16. Also, we find and prove an infinite family of congruences modulo 32 for . The new method relies on expanding the fourth power of the overpartition infinite product together with the help of Gauss' identity.

An ultrasonic treatment was applied to the vacuum gas oil at intervals of 5 to 30 minutes, at 70°C.  In this work, the improvement of the important properties of Iraqi vacuum gas oil, such as carbon residue, was studied with several parameter conditions that affect vacuum efficiency, such as sonication time (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30) min, power amplitude (10–50%). After ultrasonic treatment, the carbon residue of vacuum gas oil was evaluated using a Conradson carbon residue meter (ASTM D189). The experiment revealed that the oil's carbon residue had decreased by 16%. The aim of this paper is to analyzed unsteady heat transfer for magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) flow of a second grade fluid in a channel with porous medium. The equations which was used to describe the flow are the momentum and energy, these equations were written to get thier non dimentional form. Homotopy analysis method (HAM) is employed to obtain a semi-analytical solutions for velocity and heat transfer fields. The effect of each dimensionless parameter upon the velocity and temperature distributions is analyzed and shown graphically by using MATHEMATICA package.
