This research aims to design a high-speed laser diode driver and photodetector, the result is the
design of the high-speed laser diode driver with a short pulse of 10 ns at 30 KHz frequency and the
delivered maximum pulse voltage is 5.5 mV. Also, its optical output power of the laser diode driver is
about 2.529 mW for the centroied wavelength 1546.7 nm with FWHM of 286 pm and (1270-1610) nm.

Tanqua anomala (von Linstow,1904) specimens were recovered, from the lining wall of the gastro-intestinal tract of the dice snake Natrix tessellate tessellate (Laurenti, 1768) collected in Baghdad city, central Iraq. Measurements of the males, females and a comparison of the nematode with other studies tabulated. Reporting of Tanqua anomala from this snake represents the first record for Iraq as well as a new host record.

For this purpose, from among all first-grade students, as many as 250 students (130 females and 120 males) were selected by using multistage cluster sampling. Thus, this work aims to track the availability of PAH in the water resources and the Main Outfall Drain (MOD) nearby.
