A field study investigated the degree of need for managers working in the directories of education to develop their skills for the exercise of administrative empowerment, and it adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The current experimental work utilized the Adafruit INA219 sensor module for acquiring the values for voltage, current, and power of a default load, which consumes quite low power and simulates an ICCP system.
