  This study is concerned with the estimation of constant  and time-varying parameters in non-linear ordinary differential equations, which do not have analytical solutions. The estimation is done in a multi-stage method where constant and time-varying parameters are estimated in a straight sequential way from several stages. were compared to obtain an accurate diagnosis of Entamoeba spp. during amoebiasis. Total (n=150) stool

This research concludes solution by proposed heuristic algorithm from magic square of odd order as 3 and no given numbers (from 1 to 9) in each cell of nine Sudoku grid cells in starting of problem solution, this is not similar the solution in old classic methods to generate all sub grids in Sudoku grid. This paper aims to decide the best parameter estimation methods for the parameters of the Gumbel type-I distribution under the type-II censorship scheme. For this purpose, classical and Bayesian parameter estimation procedures are considered. The maximum likelihood estimators are used for the classical parameter estimation procedure. The asymptotic distributions of these estimators are also derived. It is not possible to obtain explicit solutions of Bayesian estimators.
