...Show More Authors

This research seeks to shed light on what you add intangible assets of benefit to the company and this antagonize pause for consideration because it makes the company in a good competitive position stimulates the rest of the companies to acquire those assets.

That many companies have achieved competitive advantages in the market do not even achieved monopolies increased the value and reaped extraordinary profits as a result of those assets which requires the need to be measured to determine the extent to which contribution in the emergence of the value added to the value of the company on the one hand and to make the presentation of financial statements The more credibility, has touched Quite a few authors in the scientific and academic research efforts to find benchmarks for those assets.

The research found a number of conclusions, including

  1. Intangible assets that need time to build and difficult to imitate by competitors، which is a source of strength for the formation of a competitive advantage.
  2. that the process of measuring the intangible assets fall under the measuring technique by which the derivative is determined by the values of measurements indirectly based on mathematical models because it is not just a historic economic event depends accountant in measured on simple methods of the kind of direct.

The key findings of the research recommendations are as follows:

  1. should be classified as intangible assets and business applications as mentioned research as we believe that it helps in determining what kind of assets that add value to the economic unit.
  2. should resort to model market capitalization model or return on assets as a way to indirectly measure the intangible assets because it does not stray too far from the accounting rules as well as limited to the measurement of cash.

A Comparison Between Galactic and Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) Interstellar Extinction Curves
...Show More Authors

Average interstellar extinction curves for Galaxy and Large Magellanic Cloud (LMC) over the range of wavelengths (1100 A0 – 3200 A0) were obtained from observations via IUE satellite. The two extinctions of our galaxy and LMC are normalized to Av=0 and E (B-V)=1, to meat standard criteria. It is found that the differences between the two extinction curves appeared obviously at the middle and far ultraviolet regions due to the presence of different populations of small grains, which have very little contribution at longer wavelengths. Using new IUE-Reduction techniques lead to more accurate result.

Chemo-sensory loss and FUT2 gene in COVID-19 infected Iraqi dentists
...Show More Authors

Aim: To find any association between specific ABO blood groups and FUT2 secretory status and COVID-19 in a sample of Iraqi dentists. Materials and Methods: For each participant, a questionnaire including demography, COVID-19 status, blood grouping, and RH factor, with chemo-sensitive symptoms was recorded. The saliva samples were collected and DNA was extracted from leukocytes. Sequencing of molecular detection of the FUT2 gene by real-time PCR and the data was done, whilst drawing the phylogenetic tree. Results: Out of 133, most of the dentists were female 61%, most were just under 35 years of age. The most participants in this study were predominantly with blood group O (40%), followed by B, A, and AB, with (90%) of them were RH+.

Biofuel Production and Its Impact on Global Food Security: A Review Article
...Show More Authors

The aim of this study is to shed light on the importance of biofuels as an alternative to conventional energy, in addition to the importance of preserving agricultural crops, which are the main source of this fuel, to maintain food security, especially in developing countries. The increase in global oil prices, in addition to the fear of global warming, are among the main factors that draw the world’s attention to searching for alternative sources of traditional energy, which are sustainable on the one hand, and on the other hand reduce carbon emissions. Therefore, the volume of global investment in renewable energy in general, and in liquid biofuels and biomass in particular, has increased. Global fears emerged that the excessive convers

This paper introduces some properties of separation axioms called α -feeble regular and α -feeble normal spaces (which are weaker than the usual axioms) by using elements of graph which are the essential parts of our α -topological spaces that we study them. Also, it presents some dependent concepts and studies their properties and some relationships between them.

Trimethoprim derivative Schiff bases are versatile ligands synthesized with carbonyl groups from the condensation of primary amines (amino acids). Because of their broad range of biological activity, these compounds are very important in the medical and pharmaceutical fields. Biological activities such as antibacterial, antifungal and antitumor activity are often seen. Transition metal complexes derived from biological activity Schiff base ligands have been commonly used.

Taha is my guardian and whoever follows their path until the Day of Judgment. And after... The book (The Treasure in the Ten Recitations), written by Abu Muhammad Abdullah bin Abd al-Wasiti, who died in the year 710 AH, is considered one of the important books in recitations: because it included the universal custom that it contained in the books Al-Taysir by Al-Dani and Al-Irshad by Al-Falanisi, as the first of them was specialized.

Satisfy the second with the ten readings

Colour Recognizing Robot Arm Equipped with a CMOS Camera and an FPGA
...Show More Authors

In this paper a system is designed on an FPGA using a Nios II soft-core processor, to detect the colour of a specific surface and moving a robot arm accordingly. The surface being detected is bounded by a starting mark and an ending mark, to define the region of interest. The surface is also divided into sections as rows and columns and each section can have any colour. Such a system has so many uses like for example warehouses or even in stores where their storing areas can be divided to sections and each section is coloured and a robot arm collects objects from these sections according to the section’s colour also the robot arm can organize objects in sections according to the section’s colour.
