This paper is concerned with introducing and studying the new approximation operators based on a finite family of d. g. 'swhich are the core concept in this paper. In addition, we study generalization of some Pawlak's concepts and we offer generalize the definition of accuracy measure of approximations by using a finite family of d. g. 's.

In order to improve the effectiveness, increase the life cycle, and avoid the blade structural failure of wind turbines, the blades need to be perfectly designed. In this paper, the finite element method is used to study the dynamic behavior of the damaged rotating composite blade. Three dimensional, finite element programs were developed using a nine node laminated shell as a discretization element for the blade structure (the same element type is used for damaged and non-damaged structure).
