The study aimed to examine the impact of audit committee characteristics on the practices of intellectual capital disclosure in the annual reports of Bank and Insurance companies listed on Palestine Exchange, through performing content analysis of the annual reports for the study sample which totaled thirteen companies, including six banks and seven insurance companies. In this work, we first construct Hermite wavelets on the interval [0,1) with it’s product, Operational matrix of integration 2^k M×2^k M is derived, and used it for solving nonlinear Variational problems with reduced it to a system of algebric equations and aid of direct method. The research aimed to demonstrate the role of accounting integration and green taxes in achieving sustainable development in the Iraqi oil sector. The research adopted the descriptive-analytical approach and was applied to a sample of (120) individuals specializing in the Ministry of Finance, the State Audit Bureau, and academic institutions, using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Surface water flow samples were collected with distances downstream over Saqlawiya main drain whose stretch of about 24.5 km. The drain travels through different land use pattern, before, flowing into Tigris River. Eight sampling points were carefully
