Work-related stress and non-work-related stress were identified as representing workplace stress. Employee engagement has been measured through three types: social engagement, affective engagement, and intellectual engagement. sheets by using casting method. The mechanical properties showed
that increase in tensile strength from (34MPa) to (68MPa) when

properties depend upon specific adhesive characteristic of material
