The research aims to examine the effect of KUD strategy on acquiring the grammatical concepts among intermediate school students. To achieve the research objective, the researcher adopted the null hypothesis in which there is no statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students of the experimental group who study grammar base on the KUD strategy and the average scores of the control group who study the grammar through the traditional way of acquiring grammatical concepts. The shrine of the AL- Kadhimin is made up of four minarets with two domes set in a large courtyard. The effect of the optical feedback on the polarization flipping point and hysteresis loop was studied. The polarization flipping occurred at all angles between the polarizer axis and the laser polarization. The polarization flipping point changed by an optical feedback occurred at angles from 0° to 90°. Ability of choosing or controlling the laser polarization was determined by changing the direction of vertical and horizontal polarization by polarizer rotation in the external cavity from 0° to 90°.

The toxicity effect of some heavy metals (Lead, Cadmium, Copper, and Zinc) on the growth of alga Scenedesmus dimorphus which belongs to the Division of Chlorophyta was studied and depended on the total cell number . The growth rate and doubling time were also calculated accordingly in present of absent of the the heavy metals . There were differences in toxic effects of the metals (p<0.05) . The growth was decreased gradually with alga when exposured to Lead at 15,20 and 25 mg/l in comparison with the control , mean while 30 mg/l caused an acute decrease in growth .  In order to study the kinetic of human erythrocytes catalase a well –known enzyme uses H2O2 as substrate as well as hydrogen acceptors, in non smokers and smoker individuals. Anthranilic acid and p-Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA) were used to study their effect on the enzyme. The kinetic study confirmed that anthranilic is a non-competitive inhibitor with Km values of 0.95 and 1.0 for non smokers and smokers respectively (PABA) was found to be a competitive  inhibitor with Vmax  values of 8.0 and 8.9 for nonsmoker and smoker respectively
