In this study, we used Bayesian method to estimate scale parameter for the normal distribution. By considering three different prior distributions such as the square root inverted gamma (SRIG) distribution and the non-informative prior distribution and the natural conjugate family of priors. The Bayesian estimation based on squared error loss function, and compared it with the classical estimation methods to estimate the scale parameter for the normal distribution, such as the maximum likelihood estimation and the moment estimation. Several cases from normal distribution for data generating, or different sample sizes (small, medium, and large). The results were obtained by using simulation technique, Programs written using MATLAB-R2008a program were used .Simulation results shown that bayes estimation when the prior distribution is (SRIG) distribution with (a=3, b=1) for, and with (a=b=3) for, and with (a=2, b=3) for, and with (a=1, b=3) for gives the smallest value of MSE and MAPE for all sample sizes.

The distortion, which occurs to the image often affects the existing amount of information, weakens its sharpness, decreases its contrast, thus leads to overlapping details of the various regions, and decreases image resolution. Test images are used to determine the image quality and ability of different visual systems, as we depended in our study on test image, half black and half white. Contrast was studied in the petition so as to propose several new methods for different contrasts in the edge of images where the results of technical differences would identify contrast image under different lighting conditions.
A field experiment was carried out in the fields of the Field Crops Department - Faculty of Agricultural Engineering Sciences. The study included five inbred lines (ZM43W (ZE), ZM60, ZM49W3E, ZM19, CDCN5), given numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) to study the hybrid vigor and both general and special combing ability (GCA, SCA) of the half diallel mating method, for the spring and fall seasons (2016). The genetic analysis shows that all crosses gave a positive hybrid vigor for grain yield per unit area at the two population densities. the highest value is 116.20% for cross (3´5 )at low density, and 89.22% for cross( 1´4 )at high density.
