Regression analysis models are adopted by using SPSS program to predict the 28-day compressive strength as dependent variable and the accelerated compressive strength as independent variable. Three accelerated curing method was adopted, warm water (35ºC) and autogenous according to ASTM C C684-99 and the British method (55ºC) according to BS1881: Part 112:1983. The experimental concrete mix design was according to ACI 211.1.        In this work, we prove that the triple linear partial differential equations (PDEs) of elliptic type (TLEPDEs) with a given classical continuous boundary control vector (CCBCVr) has a unique "state" solution vector (SSV)  by utilizing the Galerkin's method (GME). Also, we prove the existence of a classical continuous boundary optimal control vector (CCBOCVr) ruled by the TLEPDEs. We study the existence solution for the triple adjoint equations (TAJEs) related with the triple state equations (TSEs). The Fréchet derivative (FDe) for the objective function is derived. At the end we prove the necessary "conditions" theorem (NCTh) for optimality for the problem.

New Schiff base ligand 2-((4-amino-5-(3, 4, 5-trimethoxybenzyl) pyrimidin- 2-ylimino) (phenyl)methyl)benzoic acid] = [HL] was synthesized using microwave irradiation trimethoprim and 2-benzoyl benzoic acid. Mixed ligand complexes of Mn((ІІ), Co(ІІ), Ni(ІІ), Cu(ІІ), Zn(ІІ) and Cd(ІІ) are reacted in ethanol with Schiff base ligand [HL] and 8-hydroxyquinoline [HQ] then reacted with metal salts in ethanol as a solvent in (1:1:1) ratio. The ligand [HL] is characterized by FTIR, UV-Vis, melting point, elemental microanalysis (C.H.N), 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and mass spectra. The mixed ligand complexes are characterized by infrared spectra, electronic spectra, (C.H.N), melting point, atomic absorption, molar conductance and magnetic moment me
