The aim of the present research is to construct a model to evaluate the software engineering subject in the third grade department of Computing, in colleges of education. Then, evaluating the software Engineering subject from the view point of staff members by applying the constructed model, and in order to achieve the second aim of the present research the researcher has to find answers to the following questions:- 1. What is the presence of the proposed evaluating model fields, which was prepared by the researcher for the third grade Soft Ware Engineering subject from the view point of staff members? 2. What is the presence of the items for the proposed evaluating model, which was prepared by the researcher for the third grade Soft War

The effect of 532nm Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) laser at power density of 5.234 W/cm2 on the growth of Gram-negative Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus was evaluated. These bacteria were isolated from samples taken from burn and infected wound areas of 55 patients admitted to the burn-wound unit in Al-Kindy teaching hospital in Baghdad during the period from October 2012 to March 2013. Each isolate was identified using microscopic, cultural and biochemical methods. A standard bacterial suspension was prepared for each isolate. Transparent nano- coating was prepared by Sol-Gel method from titanium dioxide TiO₂ which has the ability to self-cleaning coating used for hospitals, laboratories, and places requiring permanent sterilization. Three primary colors are selected (red, blue, and yellow) as preliminary study to the effect of these colors on the nano-coating. Three traditional oil paints color were used as base, then coated by a layer of TiO₂-Sol and deposited on the paints.
