The current research aims to train students to take benefit of their studies to analyze and taste the artistic works as one of the most important components of the academic structure for students specializing in visual arts; then to activate this during training them the methods of teaching. Blends of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) in equal weight ratios (50 wt.% PVP + 50 wt.% PVA) were doped with 15% of various lithium salts (Li2CO3, LiNO3, Li2SO4H2O, and LiCl) and prepared using the solution-casting method, with dimethylformamide (DMF) as the solvent. The impact of these salts on the blends was analyzed and the results showed that the energy gap was decreased by adding lithium salts Li2CO3, LiNO3 and Li2SO4.H₂O. The novel Vierordt’s approach, or simultaneous equation method, was created and validated for the concurrent determination of vincristine sulfate (VCS) and bovine serum albumin (BSA) in pure solutions utilizing UV spectrophotometry. It is simple, precise, economical, rapid, reliable, and accurate. This method depends on measuring absorbance at two wavelengths, 296 nm and 278 nm, which correspond to the λ_max of VCS and BSA in deionized water, respectively.
