In this study, the upgrading of Iraqi heavy crude oil was achieved utilizing the solvent deasphalting approach (SDA) and enhanced solvent deasphalting (e-SDA) by adding Nanosilica (NS). Engineers have difficulty organizing carbonate reserves since they are commonly tight and heterogeneous.
