Reflection of the community participation in enhancing organizational excellence
...Show More Authors

The research aims to identify the role of community participation in achieving organizational distinction in the Dhulia's municipality, which is one of the formations of the Ministry of Construction, Housing, Municipalities and Public Works in Salah al-Din Governorate, which is one of the service organizations that have a fundamental role in providing service to the community, which has faced many administrative challenges and many problems caused by the rapid and continuous changes in the environment, therefore modern management concepts must be adopted, such as community participation and the knowledge of its role To achieve its goals, which helps it in facing changes as well as achieving organizational excellence. An analytical descriptive approach was used, so the research sample consisted of (83) individuals and the sample was chosen by using a comprehensive inventory, The research evidence was obtained by relying on the questionnaire, which was prepared from ready-made measures from foreign studies and was subjected to tests of validity and reliability, with using of statistical tests, including arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage and iterations and Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression Based on the statistical program (SPSS. V.25)  for testing the validity of the hypotheses. The research reached a set of conclusions, including that the level of societal participation and organizational excellence in the researched organization was at the high degree to the two variables and that the inclusiveness dimension has a strong impact of which is one of the dimensions of societal participation in organizational excellence.  Enhancing the community participation in Dhulia's municipality will contribute to enhancing leadership and employee development, improving the current policy and strategy, and strengthening relationships and resources, and  Enriching the literature on organizational behaviour and contributing to research on how community participation contributes to achieving organizational excellence.

Modeling and optimization of biodiesel from high free‐fatty‐acid chicken fat by non‐catalytic esterification and mussel‐shell‐catalyzed transesterification
...Show More Authors
Abstract
<title>BACKGROUND

In this study, biodiesel was prepared from chicken fat via a transesterification reaction using Mussel shells as a catalyst. Pretreatment of chicken fat was carried out using non‐catalytic esterification to reduce the free fatty acid content from 36.28 to 0.96 mg KOH/g oil using an ethanol/ fat mole ratio equal to 115:1. In the transesterification reaction, the studied variables were methanol: oil mole ratio in the range of (6:1 ‐ 30:1), catalyst loading in the range of (9‐15) wt%, reaction temperature (55‐75 °C), and reaction time (1‐7) h. The heterogeneous alkaline catalyst was greenly synthesized from waste mussel shells throughout a calcin

Oral Biopsy: Evaluating Awareness and Knowledge Among Dental Students at University of Baghdad: Oral Biopsy: Evaluating Awareness and Knowledge Among Dental Students
...Show More Authors

Introduction Oral biopsy is a fundamental diagnostic procedure in dentistry, essential for the early detection of oral cancer and other pathologies. While theoretical knowledge is a core component of dental education, the translation of this knowledge into clinical confidence and practical ability is critical for patient care. Objective: : evaluate the awareness, knowledge, and self-perceived ability to perform oral biopsies Material and Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among dental students. Participants (n=110) comprising 14 multiple-choice questions assessing key variables: knowledge of biopsy principles, techniques, lesion identification, specimen preservation, and ability to perform the procedure Results: While theoretica

MULTIPLE MIXING RATIOS OF GAMMA RAY TRANSITIONS FROM 𝟔𝟎𝐍𝐝 𝟏𝟒𝟐− 𝟏𝟓𝟎 (𝐧, 𝐧 ˊ𝛄) 𝟔𝟎𝐍𝐝 𝟏𝟒𝟐− 𝟏𝟓𝟎 REACTION USING 𝒂𝟐- RATIO METHOD
...Show More Authors

In the current work, the mixing ratios ( 𝛿 ) of gamma transitions were calculated from energy levels in the isotopes neodymium 60𝑁𝑎 142−150 populated in the 60Nd 142− 150 (n, n ˊγ) 60Nd 142− 150 using the 𝑎2 ratio method. We used the experimental coefficient (𝑎2 ) for two γ-transitions from the initial state itself, the statistical tensor 𝜌2(𝐽𝑖), associated with factor 𝑎2 , would be the same for the two transitions. The results obtained are in good agreement or within the experimental error with -those previously published. And existing contradictions resulting from inaccuracies in the empirical results of previous work. The current results confirm that the , 𝑎2 − method is used to calculate th

Schiff base obtained from the reaction (Trimethoprim) with (sodiumpyruvate ) to produce the ligand [NaL], the reaction was carried out in methanol as a solvent under reflux. The prepared ligand [NaL] was characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, 1H,13C-NMR spectra, mass spectra, and melting point.A new mixed ligand complexes have been prepared between ( 8- hydroxyquinolone) and the ligand [NaL] withMn(II).Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II), (Zn(II) ,(Cd(II)and Pd(II). All the complexes were characterized by spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, UV-Vis spectroscopy), chloride content and melting point ,molar conductance and magnetic susceptibility. These measure- ments showed octahedral geometry around(,Mn2+, Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+, Zn2+ and Cd2+) ions and square pla

Synthesis, Characterization, and Biological Activity of New Metal Ion Complexes with Schiff Base (Z)-3((E)-2-Hydroxybenzylidene) Hydrazineylidene) Indolin-2-One
...Show More Authors

The study involved preparing a new compound by combining between 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and (Z)-3-hydrazineylideneindolin-2-one resulting in Schiff bases and metal ions: Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) forming stable minerals-based-Schiff complexes. The formation of resulting Schiff bases is detected spectrally using LC-Mss which gave corresponding results with theoretical results, 1H-NMR proves the founding of N=CH signal, FT-IR indicates the occurrence of imine band and UV-VIs mean is proved the ligand formation. On the other hand, minerals-based-Schiff was characterized using the same spectral means that relied with ligand (Schiff bases). Those means gave satisfactory results and proved the suggested distinguishable geometries.
