The current research aims to diagnose the role of social responsibility as a contributing factor in enhancing the quality of services provided by the public sector in Iraq, where the research sought to demonstrate the relationship and impact of social responsibility dimensions (economic, legal, moral, and human) on the sector Services related to the electric field in Nineveh governorate because of its importance and its direct relationship with the citizen especially after the end of military operations in the destruction of the electricity sector by a large percentage in the city of Mosul. Nineveh Electricity Distribution Directorate / Center was chosen as a research community including (administrators and staff) of the researched organization and the distribution of (40) form prepared for this purpose to indicate the opinion of the research sample on the research variables (social responsibility and quality of services) and relied on the statistical program (SPSS) to reach the results, which supported the problem and hypotheses of research in acceptable proportions. The research also reached a set of conclusions and proposals, which confirmed the adoption of the research organization of the research variables.
Twisting and coiling actuators (TCAs) are lightweight artificial muscles that can produce large linear contractions while lifting heavy loads with low power. A TCA consists of two or more strings connected to a rotational motor and a load. When activated, the strings twist and coil, causing contraction. This study presents a data-driven framework for modeling TCA behavior using experimental data. Polynomial regression, Support Vector Regression (SVR), and symbolic regression were applied using the motor angle and payload weight as inputs. The models were evaluated under various loads and implemented in a neck-rehabilitation prototype. SVR showed the highest accuracy (RMSE: 6.17 mm upward, 4.98 mm downward); however, it lacks a closed-form e

Feras muttasher Baghdad University-College Of Physical Education and Sport Sciences Motor coordination in basketball is considered one of the most important factors for success in skill performance accuracy and speed due to the defensive and offensive situations of the game. The problem of the research lies in the lack of tests that can specify the growth of motor coordination through which the relative change for a number of players can be noticed due to practice and training. The subjects of the research were (30) young league players of National Center for gif

Show MoreMaulticollinearity is a problem that always occurs when two or more predictor variables are correlated with each other. consist of the breach of one basic assumptions of the ordinary least squares method with biased estimates results, There are several methods which are proposed to handle this problem including the method To address a problem and method To address a problem , In this research a comparisons are employed between the biased method and unbiased method with Bayesian using Gamma distribution method addition to Ordinary Least Square metho
... Show MoreIntroduction: The introduction of analytics tools in sports indicates that artificial neural networks can be one of the intelligent approaches to process complex data and identify patterns that help players move according to their most suitable positions. Objective: The purpose of this research is to investigate the possibility of using artificial neural networks to determine the physical and motor abilities of football players and determine their suitable playing positions based on exact quantitative indicators. Method: The study sample consists of 45 youth players aged (15–16) years from the Espanyol Football Academy in Baghdad. The results are analyzed using a multilayer perceptron (MLP) artificial neural network model to ident
... Show MoreHartree-Fock (HF) method relies in the calculations of nonlinear optical properties (NLO) for benzoic acid molecule. Also, another theoretical study is conducted by using the TD-DFT Density Functional Theory through B3LYP/High Base Set 6-311++G (2d,2p) on Gaussian program09. Moreover, an experimental study has been done to obtain the electrons spectrum for benzoic acid with and without ethanol. While the experimental study is done by using UV/VIS. spectrophotometer. Energy gap values of electronic transition between HOMO and LUMO is obtained from theoretical and experimental results. Consequently, the theoretical result for determining the energy gap calculated from EHOMO-LUMO wasvery close to the results of UV / VIS. spectrum. A theoretica
... Show MoreThermal management has grown more and more problematic as electronic components continue to get faster and smaller. One of the passive two-phase cooling systems are Oscillating heat pipe (OHP) that have the capacity to transmit a significant quantity of thermal energy across long distances. Oscillating heat pipe is a device that has the potential to satisfy this developing requirement. An investigation into the effects of orientation, filling ratio, and heat load on the initiation and characteristics of oscillatory motion, combining numerical simulations with experimental validation. A copper tube with a 2 mm inner diameter and a 2 mm wall thickness is used to fabricate the OHP. The condenser, evaporator, and adiabatic sections are

Approaches based on surface– plasma interactions are especially promising, including PADI. Whilst the mechanisms involved in generating PADI spectra still need to be unravelled, PADI shows significant promise to become a valuable and versatile tool in the instrumental arsenal available to the surface analyst
