The aim of robot path planning is to search for a safe path for the mobile robot. Even though there exist various path planning algorithms for mobile robots, yet only a few are optimized. The optimized algorithms include the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) that finds the optimal path with respect to avoiding the obstacles while ensuring safety. In PSO, the sub-optimal solution takes place frequently while finding a solution to the optimal path problem. Al-Yusifia river was assessed at three sampling stations with study period from Autumn 2010 to the end of Summer 2011. The present investigation was carried out on diversity of fungi and bacteria from Al-Yusifia river, Baghdad city. During the study, a total of 12 fungal genus and 6 bacterial genus were isolated during the year seasons. The dominant fungus at the three stations were Penicillium sp., then Rhizopus and Trichophyton   megninii while the dominant bacteria was Escherichia coli and Klebsiella sp.

Composite materials were prepared by mixing the polyester resin (UP) with plastic waste, two types of plastic waste were used in this work included polyethylene-terephthalate (PET) and Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with varies weight fractions (0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 %) added as a filler in flakes form.
