The aim of the research: To identify the trends of students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences towards modern teaching methods. To determine the type of strategies used that students prefer in practical lessons. In light of the research results, the researcher adopted the descriptive method because it is appropriate for the study. The research community is represented by students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences (fourth stage), amounting to (320) students. Conclusions: The research results indicate that students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences have positive and strong attitudes towards using modern teaching methods, and they realize their reality in improving interaction

This study aims to highlight the role of strategic leadership in adopting the intelligent organization model. The study was conducted on 7 economic organizations in Algeria. The study population consisted of 354 leaders, of whom a random sample of 176 leaders (managers, department heads, division heads, engineers) was selected. The researcher used a questionnaire as the main tool of the study. ان للمنهج المدرسي أهمية كبيرة جداً في العملية التربوية لأنه أداتها في تحقيق الأهداف التربوية المنشودة والتي تعمل على تقدم المجتمع وتطوره في مختلف الجوانب. بمعنى ان المنهج غير ثابت بل متغير ليواكب التطور والتغير الحاصل في العالم والمجتمع وهذا يعني ان المنهج المدرسي بكل عناصره والتي من ضمنها المحتوى في تطور دائم فما يصلح لفترة زمنية معينة لا يصلح لفترة زمنية قادمة مما يستلزم القيام بعملية تقويمية بشكل مستمر و
