The constitutional and legal organization of the discipline of federal authorities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq

The current study dealt with anatomical aspects of species Iresine herbstii Hook.ex Lindl. which is the only species resemble the genus Iresine P.Br in Iraq . This species is considered as a new record in Iraq as it wasn’t mentioned within any resource of Iraqi plants. The study included anatomical characteristics of different parts of plants which are root, stem, petiole leaf and sepals. Also the type of venation was investigated , the shape and of seed Surface configuration . زاد اهتمام الباحثين في السنوات الاخيرة بنماذج الانحدار شبه المعلمية وذلك اذ يمكن من خلالها دمج نماذج الانحدار اللامعلمي والمعلمي في ان واحد ومن ثم تكوين انموذج انحدار يتميز بامكانية التعامل مع مشكلة تعدد الابعاد الموجودة في النماذج اللامعلمية والتي تحصل عند زيادة عدد المتغيرات التوضيحية الداخلة في التحليل و من ثم تناقص دقة التقدير.  فضلا عن امتياز هذا النوع من النماذج بمرونة في المجال التطبيقي مقارنةً

This research deals with parameters estimation methods for the intensity function of non homogeneous poisson processes , it aims to estimate parameters of this function throughout three methods which are maximum likelihood method , moment method and shurnkage method using simulation method.

In order to achive the best method, several assumed values for parameters of intensity function have been adopted  using sample size of 
(14, 25, 50, 100) .Results of estimation showed that the estimation over the estimation method , of maximum likelihood and moment .

  This estimation gain the least mean of squares error for the above samples .
