In contest of the serious crimes committed by the gangs of the terrorist, it was necessary to shed light on how to prevent their impunity. Therefore, this research came to examine the composition of these gangs, their nature and source of funding, and then the nature of the crimes committed by them, and if their crimes fall in the International criminal law or only within the framework of the Iraqi criminal law, after that we were able to find out the nature of those crimes and thus the best mechanisms that represent the just punishment that these gangs deserve as a punishment for the crimes they committed against the unarmed civilians.

Chalcogenide glasses SeTe have been prepared from the high purity constituent elements .Thin films of SeTe compound have been deposited by thermal evaporation onto glass substrates for different values of film thickness . The effect of varying thickness on the value of the optical gap is reported . The resultant films were in amorphous nature . The transmittance spectra was measured for that films in the wavelength range (400-1100) nm . The energy gap for such films was determined .

Iris detection is considered as challenging image processing task. In this study efficient method was suggested to detect iris and recognition it. This method depending on seed filling algorithm and circular area detection, where the color image converted to gray image, and then the gray image is converted to binary image. The seed filling is applied of the binary image and the position of detected object binary region (ROI) is localized in term of it is center coordinates are radii (i.e., the inner and out radius). To find the localization efficiency of suggested method has been used the coefficient of variation (CV) for radius iris for evaluation. The test results indicated that is suggested method is good for the iris detection.

The study aimed to identify the future thinking skills of university students and which of these skills are prevalent. The sample of the study consisted of (400) male and female students from the university students. In order to achieve the goals of the research, the researcher built a measure of future thinking skills based on Torrance theory (2003). Psychometric properties of the standards were extracted, which are represented by honesty and consistency and the application of the measures to the research sample. The researchers found that Future thinking skills of university students, and that the skill of future planning is the most common skill among the research sample.

Background:

     This paper introduced an algorithm for lossless image compression to compress natural and medical images. It is based on utilizing various casual fixed predictors of one or two dimension to get rid of the correlation or spatial redundancy embedded between image pixel values then a recursive polynomial model of a linear base is used.

The experimental results of the proposed compression method are promising in terms of preserving the details and the quality of the reconstructed images as well improving the compression ratio as compared with the extracted results of a traditional linear predicting coding system.
