common is the techniques of communications as prod casting transmitter that
are used by these valves in addition to their use in communication tools as far

The research aims at identifying the organizational performance of the kindergarten teachers and defines the educational environment of kindergarten children. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the organizational performance scale for (Saadi, 2016), which was applied to kindergarten teachers. The aim of the study was to find out the correlations and impact between the variable of ethical leadership behavior and university performance at Sumer University.
