يستعرض المقال تطور مؤتمرات القمة العربية منذ أول قمة عام 1946 حتى قمة المنامة 2024. ويسلط الضوء على القضايا التي تناولتها القمم، مثل فلسطين، سوريا، والسودان. كما يشير إلى أهمية قمة جدة 2023 التي شهدت عودة سوريا للجامعة العربية. وتستعد بغداد لاستضافة القمة الرابعة والثلاثين في 17 مايو 2025، وسط تحديات إقليمية كبيرة. وتعد القمة فرصة للعراق لاستعادة دوره العربي وتعزيز التعاون المشترك لمواجهة الأزمات السياسية والاقتصادي

The study included the collection of samples of raw cow milk to isolate Leuconostoc bacteria, samples were sub cultured on De-Man Rogosa Sharpe-Vancomycin medium, the pure colonies were selected and subjected to the cultural and microscopically tests, according to that 25 cocci bacterial isolates were obtained, then isolates were subjected to biochemical tests. Result of tests showed that 12 isolates belong to the genus Leuconostoc out of 25 cocci bacterial isolates, Vitek2 system was used as a supplementary step. The present study was carried out to investigate the effect of oral administration of hot aqueous extract of beetle cocoon Larinus maculatus Faldermann, in a two doses 50 and100mg/Kg/Bw for 25 and 45days respect- tively on some organs such as liver, lung, kidney, intestine, heart, spleen, and brain in male mice Mus musculus. Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological. The local isolated L. mesenteroides bacteria under the optimal conditions of dextran production showed that, the highly production of dextran was 7.7g achieved by using a modified natural media comprised of 100ml whey, 10g refined sugar, 0.5g heated yeast extract, 0.01g CaCl2, 0.001g MgSO4, 0.001g MnCl2 and 0.001g NaCl at pH 6 and 25̊C for 24 hr of fermentation and by using 1ᵡ106 cell/ml as initial inoculums volume.
