A total of 100 Brown Lohmann laying hen chickens, 38 weeks of age, were randomly distributed into four treatment groups, with 25 hens for each treatment. Background: One of the major health concerns and possible risk factors in open heart surgery is the increasing prevalence of obesity among patients.

Methodology: Over a period of sixteen months (February 2017 to June 2018), 246 patients underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery (CABG) in Slemani Cardiac Hospital (SCH).
