Leuconostoc bacteria was isolated from local pickled cabbage (Brassica oleracea capitata) and identified as Leuconostoc mesenteroides by morphology,biochemical and physiological. The study also examines the relationship between writing achievement and writing strategy use among Iraqi secondary school students.
