Mesoporous silica (MPS) nanoparticle was prepared as carriers for drug delivery systems by sol–gel method from sodium silicate as inexpensive precursor of silica and Cocamidopropyl betaine (CABP) as template. The silica particles were characterized by SEM, TEM, AFM, XRD, and N2adsorption–desorption isotherms. The results show that the MPS particle in the nanorange (40-80 nm ) with average diameter equal to 62.15 nm has  rods particle morphology, specific surface area is 1096.122 m²/g, pore volume 0.900 cm³/g, with average pore diameter 2.902 nm, which can serve as efficient carriers for drugs. This paper investigates a new approach to the rapid control of an upper limb exoskeleton actuator. We used a mathematical model and motion measurements of a human arm to estimate joint torque as a means to control the exoskeleton’s actuator. The proposed arm model is based on a two-pendulum configuration and is used to obtain instantaneous joint torques which are then passed into control law to regulate the actuator torque. This research deals with parameters estimation methods for the intensity function of non homogeneous poisson processes , it aims to estimate parameters of this function throughout three methods which are maximum likelihood method , moment method and shurnkage method using simulation method.

In order to achive the best method, several assumed values for parameters of intensity function have been adopted  using sample size of 
(14, 25, 50, 100) .Results of estimation showed that the estimation over the estimation method , of maximum likelihood and moment .

  This estimation gain the least mean of squares error for the above samples .
