مرّ التفسير القرآني بمراحل عديدة وقد ظهرت مدارس ومذاهب وطرق عدة لقراءة النص القرآني وبيانه وتفسيره، ناهيك عن نشأته الأولى التي قادها رسول الإنسانية والمعلّم الأوّل محمد بن عبد الله (ص)، فكان الشارح والمبيّن عن الله سبحانه  قال سبحانه: "وَأنْزَلْنَا إلَيكَ الذِكْرَ لِتُبَيّنَ لِلنَاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ إليَهم وَلَعَلّهُم يَتَفَكَرُون"النحل/ 44.

   لا يخفى على كلّ طالب علمٍ أنَّ العمل على نشر العلم الشرعي من أقرب القربات إلى رب العباد والأرض والسموات وخاصةً فيما لو تعلّق الأمرُ بعلم أصول الدين وتوحيدِ الله وردّ الشبهات التي تتعلق بقدم المادّة وعناصرها التي كانَ لها الأثر السلبي في تهافت عقول الفلاسفة الإيليين ومحقُ إيمانهم قولاً واعتقادا .

This research deals with the rhetoric purposes of the passive voice in the holy Quran. First, we put an introductory to the concept of the Quran language and its difference of the spoken Arabic language during the revelation period. Besides; we gave a brief about the structure passive voice form of Arabic language. In this research the Empirical Bayes method is used to Estimate the affiliation parameter in the clinical trials and then we compare this with the Moment Estimates for this parameter using Monte Carlo stimulation , we assumed that the distribution of the observation is binomial distribution while the distribution with the unknown random parameters is beta distribution ,finally we conclude that the Empirical bayes method for the random affiliation parameter is efficient using Mean Squares Error (MSE) and for different Sample size .

This research presents the methods for estimating parameters of the grey model GM(1,1) is the accumulative method (ACC), the exponential method (EXP), modified exponential method (Mod EXP) and the Particle Swarm Optimization method (PSO).
