ملخـــص البحــــث

   لا يخفى على كلّ طالب علمٍ أنَّ العمل على نشر العلم الشرعي من أقرب القربات إلى رب العباد والأرض والسموات وخاصةً فيما لو تعلّق الأمرُ بعلم أصول الدين وتوحيدِ الله وردّ الشبهات التي تتعلق بقدم المادّة وعناصرها التي كانَ لها الأثر السلبي في تهافت عقول الفلاسفة الإيليين ومحقُ إيمانهم قولاً واعتقادا .

Abstract:

   The problem of poverty is one of the most important development challenges facing developing countries including Sudan for several decades. Although many efforts have been made to reduce poverty, however, its rates are increasing, and public policies adopted by the government in this regard remain elusive in achievinging its main objectives or making any significant progress. The purpose of the present study is to analyse poverty in Sudan by identifying its measurement, causes and the factors that have contributed to the increasing poverty rates over the past two decades. This paper focuses on the most important element of scientific research: the research problem which is confined to the concept of concern or concern surrounding the researcher about any event or phenomenon or issue paper and need to be studied and addressed in order to find solutions for them, to influence the most scientific research steps from asking questions and formulating hypotheses, to employ suitable methods and tools to choose the research and sample community, to employ measurement and analysis tools. Objectives: To find out the association between enhancing learning needs and demographic characteristic of (gender, education level and age).
