Abstract

The economic entities view about human resources has been changed from traditional view based on the resources as one of production factors required for achieving the activities that lead to create products in turn for financial substitute embodied in wages, toward contemporary view consider human resources the most important richest investments, a real source for continuing, developing, and achieving competitive advantage for the entity.

From that point, this research dealt with studying the subject of disclosing investment information of human resources in the financial reports of Iraqi economic entities. The research ended with stating a suggestive model for the

The research aims to determine the effectiveness of auditing in light of the relationship between the governance of investment policy and the cost of debt in companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange.  ان دراسة مستقبل النظام الدولي حاليا يبدو انه وفق المعطيات العلمية والوقائع القائمة في ظل بروز الفواعل الدولية من غير الدول، والمؤسسات غير الرسمية الدولية انه يتجه لنظام اللاقطبية وهذا الاتجاه تغذيه متغيرات عديدة لتقليص القطبية، ومن المتوقع مستقبلاً ان تحول النظام الدولي الى اللاقطبية.

المرابحة المصرفية من أكثر الأدوات الاستثمارية والتمويلية انتشاراً عند الناس ولدى المصارف الاسلامية في تعاملاتها الاستثمارية، فقد أكدت بعض الدراسات الميدانية والاستقراء في تعاملات البنوك الاسلامية أن المرابحة المصرفية زحزحت الأدوات والصيغ التمويلية الأخرى كالمضاربة والمشاركة وغيرهما عن مواقعها وريادتها في تغطية حاجات العملاء ورغباتهم الاستهلا

الهدف من هذا البحث قياس البرامج التدريبية والتعرف على طبيعتها ومن ثم قياس كيفية انعكاسها على جودة الخدمات البلدية من قبل الدوائر البلدية المبحوثة من خلال قياس الجودة بالاعتماد على معايير قياس الجودة ، وقد أختار الباحث أربعة دوائر بلدية في قطاع الرصافة/ بغداد وهي بلدية (الشعب، الاعظمية، بغداد الجديدة، الصدر الاولى)، وأختيرت عينة عشوائية طبقية من (164) فردا يمثلون المديرين ومعاونيهم ومسؤولي الأقسام البلدية
