شهدت معظم المدن السومرية أزدهاراً أقتصادياً خلال عصر أور الثالثة ،أنعكس ذلك من خلال النصوص المسمارية المكتشفة ذات المضامين الاقتصادية المتنوعة ومنها (وصولات تسلم Bullae) التي تميزت بعصر أور الثالثة بأشكالها المتعددة ومنها: الكروية والمربعة والمستطيلة والمثلثة والمضلعة ومعظمها يحتوي على طبعات أختام فضلاً عن أنها تكون مثقوبة طولياً لغرض التعليق.

A seemingly uncorrelated regression (SUR) model is a special case of multivariate models, in which the error terms in these equations are contemporaneously related. The method estimator (GLS) is efficient because it takes into account the covariance structure of errors, but it is also very sensitive to outliers. The robust SUR estimator can dealing outliers. We propose two robust methods for calculating the estimator, which are (S-Estimations, and FastSUR). We find that it significantly improved the quality of SUR model estimates. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of computer literacy of the students at AlQuds open university in Tulkarm Branch. The study investigates the effects of the variables of gender, specialization, academic level, owning a personal computer, internet communication, and own an email account on the level of computer literacy. A test of computer literacy was constructed by the researchers consisting of (37) multiple choice items with a reliability rate (0.85).
