عرف داء اللشمانيات منذ  زمن بعيد وما يزال واحداً من اهم عشرة امراض معديه في العالم , بالأضافة الى كونه مشكلة من مشاكل الصحة العامة في العديد من دول افريقيا وامريكا الجنوبيه ووسط وجنوب غرب آسيا وشبه القارة الهندية كما انه يعد من الأمراض المتوطنه في العراق وقد سبب الطفيلي مشكله صحيه لا يستهان بها في جنوب العراق خصوصا في محافظه ذي قار . يسلط المقال الحالي الضوء على تاريخ المرض و اهميته في العراق.

The bank risks has greaten and changed in its nature under the developments of financial liberalization, banking innovation and increasing use for new financial instruments which created by the huge technological advancement happened in the banking  industry. So that, banks in large choose to base the profitability measures adjusted for risks; that is we introduced this research. The most important reason led us to do this is the restriction to use the modern statistical methods by trade bank in Arab countries equally with world banks which were the antecedent to base those models. In this study the Entrance Surface Dose (ESD) received by pediatrics patients undergoing chest, abdomen and skull X-ray examinations was estimated. The study was conducted in two hospitals in Najaf city where three radiographic systems were considered. The study participants were classified into four age groups 0-1 ,  1-5 ,  5-10  and  10-15  years. Calculations were performed using exposure factors, kVp, mAs and focal-skin distance, together with patient data age. The ESD was calculated for the involved patients who underwent an Antero-posterior (AP) chest, abdomen and skull X-ray examination.
