هدفت هذه الدراسة الى مدى توافر مهارات التفكير الناقد المتضمنة في أسئلة الملاحظة والمتوقعة في كتاب الاجتماعيات للصف الثاني المتوسط، استخدم المنهج الوصفي لتحليل المحتوى،  ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت أداة لمهارات التفكير الناقد تضمنت ستة مهارات رئيسة وهي: مهارة التفسير، التحليل، التقويم، الاستنتاج، الشرح، تنظيم الذات ,إذ تم تحليل أسئلة نهاية الفصول خاصة في كتاب الثاني المتوسط في ضوء مهارات التفكير الناق

Purpose: The research aims to diagnose the current availability of knowledge workers characteristics and the role of these characteristics in knowledge acquision in the city of Sulaimaniya Directorate of Electricity, and to identify the differences between personal and occupational characteristics of a sample of research and its impact on the availability of such properties.

The strategies of knowledge management have became the basis in the promotion of core competencies. Therefore gained an increasing prominence. This led the administrations of organizations to work to effectiveness of there strategies, which results to build there core competences through teamwork, empowerment and personal effectiveness of employees. From this arises research problem about the  organizations leaders recognize extent of knowledge management strategies which that lead to core competence. This study aims to determine the prevalence of Entamoeba histolytica, Entamoeba dispar and
Entamoeba moshkovskii by three methods of diagnosis (microscopic examination, cultivation and PCR) that
were compared to obtain an accurate diagnosis of Entamoeba spp. during amoebiasis. Total (n=150) stool
samples related to patients were (n = 100) and healthy controls (n= 50). Clinically diagnosed stool samples
(n=100) were collected from patients attending the consultant clinics of different hospitals in Basrah during
