The goal of the research is to identify prevailing values in Kurdish children’s stories, and statistically significant differences between groups. In the theoretical framework, the definitions of values are reviewed. Furthermore, a range of previous studies were offered, with the most important findings.
To achieve the goals of this research, an amount of 14 Kurdish children’s must be analyzed. The selected Kurdish children’s stories must be translated to Arabic conform the classification ’White’.  After confirming the stability of this tool, the researcher reached the following results:

ABSTRACT

In this research been to use some of the semi-parametric methods the based on the different function penalty as well as the methods proposed by the researcher  because these methods work to estimate and variable selection of significant at once for single index model including (SCAD-NPLS method , the first proposal SCAD-MAVE method , the second proposal  ALASSO-MAVE method ) .As it has been using a method simulation time to compare between the semi-parametric estimation method studied , and various simulation experiments to identify the best method based on the comparison criteria (mean squares error(MSE) and average  mean squares error (AMSE)).

            In this paper the research represents an attempt of expansion in using the parametric and non-parametric estimators to estimate the median effective dose ( ED50 ) in the quintal bioassay and comparing between  these methods . We have Chosen three estimators for Comparison. The first estimator is
( Spearman-Karber )  and the second estimator is ( Moving Average ) and The Third estimator  is ( Extreme Effective Dose ) . We used a minimize Chi-square as a parametric method. We made a Comparison for these estimators by calculating the mean square error of (ED50) for each one of them and comparing it with the optimal the mean square

As the process of  estimate for model and variable selection significant is a crucial process in the semi-parametric modeling At the beginning of the modeling process often At there are many explanatory variables to Avoid the loss of any explanatory elements may be important as a result , the selection of significant variables become necessary , so the process of variable selection is not intended to simplifying  model complexity explanation , and also predicting. In this research was to use some of the semi-parametric methods (LASSO-MAVE , MAVE and The proposal method (Adaptive LASSO-MAVE) for variable selection and estimate semi-parametric single index model (SSIM) at the same time .

The current study aims to identify the organizational values ​​of kindergarten teachers as well as to identify the difference in the organizational values ​​of kindergarten teachers in term of years of service, to do this; the researcher designed a scale to measure the organizational values. Cutaneous leishmaniasis is one of endemic diseases in Iraq. It is considered as widely health problem and is an uncontrolled disease. The aim of the study is to identify of Leishmania species that cause skin lesions among patients in Thi-Qar Province, South of Iraq, also to detect some virulence factors of L. tropica. This study includes three local locations, Al-Hussein Teaching, Suq Al-Shyokh General and Al-Shatrah General Hospitals in Province for the period from the beginning of December 2018 to the end of September 2019. The samples were collected from 80 patients suffering from cutaneous leishmaniasis, both genders, different ages, various residence places and single and multiple lesions. Nested-PCR technique was
