اختصر الامام ابن الحاجب كتاب الاحكام في اصول الاحكام للإمام الامدي بكتاب اوسمه بمنتهى السول وخالف به الامام ابن الحاجب الامام الامدي بمسائل كثيرة فجمعت ما خالفه به في الاجماع ليكون بحثا متواضعا عسى الله ان ينفع به

وقسمته الى مبحثين: المبحث الاول وفيه ثلاثة مطالب : المطلب الاول تناولت فيه (حياة الامام ابن الحاجب) والمطلب الثاني تناولت فيه (حياة الامام الامدي) والمطلب الثال

This article deals with the approximate algorithm for two dimensional multi-space fractional bioheat equations (M-SFBHE). The application of the collection method will be expanding for presenting a numerical technique for solving M-SFBHE based on “shifted Jacobi-Gauss-Labatto polynomials” (SJ-GL-Ps) in the matrix form. The Caputo formula has been utilized to approximate the fractional derivative and to demonstrate its usefulness and accuracy, the proposed methodology was applied in two examples. The numerical results revealed that the used approach is very effective and gives high accuracy and good convergence.

The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. In this paper the simulation is used to compare neural networks and classical method for classify observations to group that is belong to, in case of some variables that don’t follow the normal distribution. we use the proportion of number of misclassification observations to the all observations as a criterion of comparison.
