ملخـــص البحــــث

عندما نبحث في أدبيات الفكر الإسلامي نجد أن أول مصادره واساسهُ القرآن الكريم ، وأن الموضوع الذي نبحث فيه في ضوء الفكر الإسلامي هو تأثيرات الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن ، فكان لا بدَّ لنا أن نبين تلك التأثيرات في إطار الفكر الإسلامي لبيان أهمية الموضوع بالنسبة للفرد والمجتمع .

قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى فصلين تسبقهما مقدمة وتليهما خاتمة ثم قائمة. وقد تم استعراض مصادر البحث ومراجعه في الفصل الأول بعنوان المرأة في التشريع القديم وأثرها على وضع المرأة من خلال هذه التشريعات. أما الفصل الثاني بعنوان “المرأة في التشريع الإسلامي” فقد استعرض وضع المرأة من خلال التشريع الإسلامي، ممثلا بمصدريه الأساسيين، القرآن الكريم. والحديث النبوي الشريف والخاتمة لخصت نتائج البحث.

يتنامى يوما بعد يوم استخدام السيارات وتتعاضم اعدادها ، فهذا هو عصر السرعة، وخاصة في مجال النقل والمواصلات، والتي تتحقق باستخدام وسائل النقل المختلفة ومن بينها السيارات، وبالتالي اصبحت هذه الوسيلة ضرورية لتحقيق هذه السرعة ومن ضرورات الحياة في انجاز الاعمال.

     الحمد لله رب العالمين وأفضل الصلاة وأتم التسليم على خير خلقه محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .. فقد عنى علماء الأصول بموضوع دلالات الألفاظ اعتناءً بالغاً لاسيما موضوع اللفظ العام والخاص وما يتعلق بهما من مباحث ؛ لأهميته في فهم المعنى المراد واستنباط الأحكام من النصوص الشرعية ، وقد تناولت في هذا البحث جانباً من مباحث اللفظ العام ألا وهو (اللفظ العام المراد به الخصوص) وتطبيقاته في آيات أحكام سورة ا
