The Back-Propagation (BP) is the best known and widely used learning algorithm in training multiple neural network. A vast variety of improvements to BP algorithm have been proposed since ninety’s. in this paper, the effects of changing the number of hidden neurons and activation equation are investigated. According to the simulation results, the convergence speed have been improved and become much faster by the previous two modifications on the BP algorithm.

        In this paper, an estimate has been made for parameters and the reliability function for Transmuted power function (TPF) distribution through using some estimation methods as proposed new technique for white, percentile, least square, weighted least square and modification moment methods. The effect of Wood Flour addition to the gamma alumina powder used in the preparation of gamma alumina (ɤ-Al₂O₃) catalyst carrier extrudates on the pore volume and BET surface area physical properties was investigated. Two parameters which are size of wood flour particles and its quantity were studied. The sizes of wood flour particles used are 150 µm, 212 µm and 500 µm and the weight percentage added to the gamma alumina powder during the preparation of the extrudates are (1%, 3%, 5% and 10%). In the present study, an attempt has been made to experimentally investigate the flexural performance of ten simply supported reinforced concrete gable roof beams, including solid control specimen (i.e., without openings) and nine beams with web openings of different dimensions and configurations. Aims: This study aims to compare patients’ complaints and problems of wearing complete dentures.
Methodology: The sample included 40 Iraqi patients who are wearing complete dentures from about five years ago. They
were selected randomly with a age range between (55–65) years. The questions asked to the patients were listed according
to the recent classification of post-insertion problems.
Result: The results showed that the percentage of patient's complaint from adaptation problems (62.1%) was higher than
looseness problems (61.3%) and discomfort problems (39.3%) as followed.
