The main idea of this research stems from the challenges faced by managers working in service organizations, which are responsible for providing services to a large segment of the society. Therefore, they must use strategic intelligence to manage their performance and enhance their performance to serve the society. Organizational Performance The present study aimed to identify the concepts of strategic intelligence and its impact on organizational performance to raise awareness and awareness of the importance of the subject for the university. And to identify the perceptions of leaders about strategic intelligence and determine the nature of the relationship (impact and correlation) between strategic intelligence and organizational performance and finally make recommendations that would activate the role of strategic intelligence in enhancing the organizational performance and applied this research to a vertical sample, 80), the head of university 1, the vice president of the university 2, the deans 5, the assistant dean 10, the head of the department or the branch 35, Managers of divisions and units 27) In order to process the data and information, The study concluded that A number of conclusions, including that strategic intelligence in all its dimensions and components contribute effectively to enhance organizational performance and provide the strategic intelligence of the leaders in question contributes to the achievement of the goals of the University and its colleges. Also, the vision of the administrative leaders at Fallujah University about its employees are unified towards the development of the university in all aspects and fields, The University is committed to motivating the employees who achieve the highest achievement rates and perform their duties as required. The study contributed a set of recommendations, including attention to strategic intelligence for the organizations To the General Service because of its impact on its organizational performance and also attention to the development of future plans and also attention to the work teams for their positive impact on the performance of the Organization.
This research deals with the qualitative and quantitative interpretation of Bouguer gravity anomaly data for a region located to the SW of Qa’im City within Anbar province by using 2D- mapping methods. The gravity residual field obtained graphically by subtracting the Regional Gravity values from the values of the total Bouguer anomaly. The residual gravity field processed in order to reduce noise by applying the gradient operator and 1st directional derivatives filtering. This was helpful in assigning the locations of sudden variation in Gravity values. Such variations may be produced by subsurface faults, fractures, cavities or subsurface facies lateral variations limits. A major fault was predicted to extend with the direction NE-

The understanding of the teachers about epilepsy has a significant impact on the academic performance and social skills of schoolchildren with epilepsy. Aim of Study This study aimed to assess teachers’ knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding epilepsy in schoolchildren and the association of certain studied variables with the level of schoolteachers’ knowledge, attitude, and practice. Subjects and Methods This was a cross-sectional study that included 402 participants and was conducted in Al-Rusafa/Baghdad during the period from November

The polycystic ovary syndrome is an endocrine condition. One of the leading causes of female infertility and the most common disorder among women. The work was being carried out on 100 Iraqi women (50 cases confirmed with PCOS and 50 controls). Between October 2019 and March 2020, blood samples were collected from the Advanced Institute of Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproductive Technology at AL-Nahrain University and a private laboratory. ELISA was used to evaluate the biochemical parameters of preptin, FSH, insulin, LH, and CCL 18 in serum samples from the AFIAS-6 (AFIAS Automated Immunoassay System). The findings of the analysis indicate that, as opposed to the control group, values of prolactin (ng/ml), LH (mIU/ml), Preptin (

The properties of the modified membranes and performance were investigated using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), contact angle (CA), water permeation flux, and bovine serum albumin (BSA) rejection. It was found that the modified PPSU membrane fabricated from 0.1 wt.% of GO-WO2.89 possessed the best characteristics, with a 40.82° contact angle and 92.94% porosity. The permeation flux of the best membrane was the highest. The pure water permeation f

I argue that however the post/colonial Sāmoan identity is hybridized, the essence of the individual is still connected to Fa’a Sāmoa-the Sāmoan traditions and ways. However rapid are the colonial vicissitudes, the Sāmoan literature and lifestyle are developed to be a resistance platform. This resistance platform is dedicated not only to expose the colonial impact but also to assist the social and political reconstruction of post/colonial Samoa. To this end, this article studies identity construction, and the challenges that women face within Sāmoan social structures.
