استخدام Win.Q.S.B. لإصدار خطة إنتاجية

المقدمة

بفضل التقدم الذي حصل في الحاسبات في العقد الأخير والذي انعكست آثاره على البرامج الجاهزة اعتبرت المشكلة التي في حدود بضعة آلاف من المتغيرات والقيود من المشاكل الصغيرة إذ تم حل مشاكل بعشرات الآلاف أو مئات الآلاف من المتغيرات المستمرة حلا مناسبا.وبفضل التقدم التكنولوجي للحاسبات وسرعة معاملتها للبيانات والمعادلات تم بناء برامج جاهزة لأساليب بحوث العمليات ومعالجة المشاكل الإدارية، هذه البرامج الجاهزة تساعد في سرعة التطبيق والتركيز على صياغة المشكلة وأسلوب معالجتها وتحليل حساسيتها لبيان التأثيرات المحتملة على الإنموذج.

ولغرض توفير الجهد والوقت وإتاحة فرصة أكبر للالتفات إلى المراحل المهمة الأخرى لمعالجة المشكلة قيد الدراسة جاءت الفكرة في استخدام البرامج الجاهزة لإصدار خطة إنتاجية فبعد دراسة الخطة الإنتاجية لشركة السلام والاطلاع على سير العملية الإنتاجية لمنتجاتها العشرة لاحظنا إن عملية التخطيط تتم يدويا باستخدام أساليب رياضية بسيطة وسطحية وبصورة تعتمد على الاجتهاد والخبرة الشخصية ومع الاعتزاز بتلك الخبرات في مجال تخطيط الإنتاج إلا إنها لا تواكب التطور الذي يشهده العالم من حيث تطبيق الأساليب العلمية الحديثة فالاعتقاد السائد هو عدم إمكانية تطبيق الأساليب العلمية واستخدام البرامج الجاهزة عمليا في تخطيط الإنتاج، وأحد أسباب ذلك هو التغيرات المفاجئة سواءا في طاقاتها المتاحة أو في كمية الطلب أو كمية الخزين للمنتجات ومن هذا المنطلق جاءت مساهمة البحث في استخدام البرنامج الجاهز W i n .Q.S.B لإصدار خطة إنتاجية لشركة السلام حيث تم توضيح آلية استخدام البرنامج وفي كيفية إدخال المشكلة قيد الدراسة إلى البرنامج بعد صياغتها وفي كيفية إدخال أو حذف التغيرات التي تطرأ على الأنموذج الرياضي وعن تفاصيل طرق حل المشكلة قيد الدراسة وعن تفسير نتائج الحل وكيفية توضيحها بمخططات ورسوم بيانية ببعدين أو ثلاثة أبعاد.

هذا الأنموذج ومن خلال البرنامج Win.Q.S.B والذي يعمل ضمن بيئة Windows له القابلية على استيعاب التغييرات الآنية والمستقبلية التي تمر بها شركاتنا ومصانعنا نتيجة لتغير الظروف المحيطة بها من وقت لأخر والتفاعل معها في أي وقت من الأوقات وبسرعة كبيرة كما يمكن تطبيق هذا الأنموذج في مصانع أخرى إذا ما أريد تخطيط إنتاجها مع إجراء بعض التغييرات لقيم أو معاملات ثابتة في الأنموذج.

Using microalga Coelastrella sp. to remove some nutrients from wastewater invitro

Samples of wastewater were taken from the Erbil wastewater channel near Dhahibha village in northern Iraq. The microalga Coelastrella sp. was used in three doses (0.2, 1, and 2g. l-1) in this experiment for 21 days, samples were periodically (every 3 days) analyzed for physicochemical parameters such as pH, EC, Phosphate, Nitrate, and BOD5, in addition to, Chlorophyll a concentration.
