موضوع الإخلاص في العمل من الموضوعات الاجتماعية المهمة التي بها يرتقي المجتمع ، ولذلك جاءت آيات واحاديث كثيرة تحت على الإخلاص وترفع من شان المخلصين، وتبين اثره على المجتمع.

ولكن في وقتنا الحاضر قل المخلصون في عملهم، فنزل المجتمع الى ادنى المستويات ،ولما لهذا الموضوع من اهمية في وقتنا الحاضر فقد سلطت الضوء عليه لعلي اساهم في الارتقاء بمجتمعنا الى افضل المستويات.

This paper aims to explain the effect of the taxes policy including direct & indirect taxes on supporting the domestic Investment in Iraq. This could help the official planners for drawing the future policies that help provoking (istumlating) the domestic investment in Iraq the quantitative analysis approach was adopted using regression model. The results showed the significance of the effects of both direct & indirect taxes policies on domestic as a simple correlation coefficient ( r ) of ( 0.6 ) , ( 0.64 ) respectively.

            This study aimed to choose top stocks through technical analysis tools specially the indicator called (ratio of William index), and test the ability of technical analysis tools in building a portfolio of shares efficient in comparison with the market portfolio. An experimental and theoretical study has been done to investigate the thermal performance of different types of air solar collectors, In this work air solar collector with a dimensions of (120 cm x90 cm x12 cm) , was tested under climate condition of  Baghdad city with a (43° tilt angel)  by using  the absorber plate (1.45 mm thickness, 115 cm height x 84 cm width), which was manufactured from iron painted with a black matt.

The experimental test deals with five types of absorber:-

The purpose of this research is to recognize the relationship between the dimensions of  banking service quality and customer's satisfaction , through customer's evaluation of the level of service quality offered to them by Al – Rasheed bank. Also to determine the proportional importance of different dimensions of service quality.
