Test the impact of instability on the pattern of spending by the Iraqi consumer

يحتل موضوع الاستهلاك اهمية كبيرة في الدراسات الاقتصادية في حالتي السلم والحرب وذلك لارتباط هذا الموضوع بالانسان والمجتمع ولكونه احد مؤشرات مستوى الرفاهية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتزداد اهمية ضبط حركة هذا المتغير السلوكي والكمي في زمن الحرب اكثر مما هو عليه في حالة السلم، في هذا البحث تم استخدام بيانات احصائية عن الانفاق الاستهلاكي الخاص ونصيب الفرد من الدخل القومي اضافة الى الرقم القياسي لاسعار المستهلك خلال الفترة (1970-2000) وبهدف قياس قياس اثر عدم الاستقرار على نمط انفاق المستهلك، تم تجزئة هذه الفترة الزمنية طبقا للحروب التي وقعت خلالها، أي فترة حرب الشمال خلال الفترة (1970-1980) وفترة حرب ايران أي الفترة (1980-1990)، وفترة حرب الكويت والحصار الامريكي على العراق خلال الفترة (1990-2000) بتوظيف اختبار جاو (Chow-Test) حيث تم مقارنة مجموع مربعات الاخطاء الحاصل عليها خلال الفترة (1970-2000) ومقارنتها مع مجموع مربعات الاخطاء الجزئية أي الفترات المقيدة بوجود الحرب ثم بيان اثر عدم الاستقرار على نمط انفاق المستهلك العراقي املين ان تكون النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها في هذا البحث، مؤشرات نافعة وفعالة في دقة التنبؤ لطلب المستهلك في العراق وبالتالي وضع الخطط الرصينة لتلبية متطلبات المستهلك العراقي.

Calculative methods were used namely (Arithmetic mean, Value digression and T.test for incompatible specimens). Water samples were collected from output of water for Al-Wahda plant where located in al-karrada area in Baghdad city to study water contamination with bacteria, fungi and Algae. Effects of Laser Energy on n-Ge/p-SnS Hetrojunction Diode Detector in Different Environments

In the present work, heterojunction diode detectors will be prepared using germanium wafers as a substrate material and 200 nm tin sulfide thickness will be evaporated by using thermal evaporation method as thin film on the substrate. Nd:YAG laser (λ=532 nm) with different energy densities (5.66 J/cm2 and 11.32 J/cm2) is used to diffuse the SnS inside the surface of the germanium samples with 10 laser shots in different environments (vacuum and distilled water). Investigation of Load and Pressure Distribution on Wing with Wake Rollup for Low Speed Aircraft

The presented work shows a preliminary analytic method for estimation of load and pressure distributions on low speed wings with flow separation and wake rollup phenomena’s. A higher order vortex panel method is coupled with the numerical lifting line theory by means of iterative procedure including models of separation and wake rollup. An optimization analysis of drilling process constitutes a powerful tool for operating under desired pressure levels and simultaneously maximizing the penetration rate, which reduces costs and time thus increases the profit.
