The current research discusses "The Relationship critical factors for knowledge transfer in strategic success opportunities", the attention have been increased on knowledge transfer and strategic success subjects because on being one of the important and contemporary issues, which have a significant impact on the existence of organizations and its future. The research aims to identify the critical factors for knowledge transfer in private high education environment which enables (the college community surveyed) to achieve strategic success, also the research sought to answer questions related to research problem by testing a number of major and minor hypothes in correlation, in order to test the hypotheses I used a field study and applied it on a sample of deans, head departments and their assistant in a number of colleges in Baghdad City and was (60) person, data was collected by questionnaire as a key tool to search, she also used a number of statistical methods for data processing, including: The arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of simple linear correlation (Spearman), the most significant outcome of the research was a correlation existence of critical factors for knowledge transfer (knowledge properties, the source of knowledge, recipients of the knowledge, organizational context) in strategic success opportunities, finally found the good use of the research samples correlation. Based on this was the most important conclusions that community colleges and departments use the dimensions of the critical factors for the transfer of embodied b knowledge (knowledge of the characteristics of the source of knowledge, recipients of knowledge, organizational context) combined to promote greater chances of success her strategic her more than if they used these dimensions individually. the study concluded a set of recommendations which was the need to invest the critical factors for knowledge transfer also sustain and develop these factors to maximize the added value that is reflected on strategic success, and support that through their ability to survive and adapt in a highly competitive environment and the need to employ it by private college administrations for critical factors of knowledge transfer dimensions which are (knowledge properties, the source of knowledge, recipients of the knowledge, organizational context), in a thorough contemporary overview than activated individually to enhance strategic success opportunities.
Characterization of the heterogonous reservoir is complex representation and evaluation of petrophysical properties and application of the relationships between porosity-permeability within the framework of hydraulic flow units is used to estimate permeability in un-cored wells. Techniques of flow unit or hydraulic flow unit (HFU) divided the reservoir into zones laterally and vertically which can be managed and control fluid flow within flow unit and considerably is entirely different with other flow units through reservoir. Each flow unit can be distinguished by applying the relationships of flow zone indicator (FZI) method. Supporting the relationship between porosity and permeability by using flow zone indictor is ca

The AuNPs and AgNPs were manufactured by extract of onion peels as a reducing agent. The AuNPs and AgNPs that have been synthesized were characterized through UV-vis spectroscopy, XRD analyses and SEM microscopy. The polymer blends of the chitosan / PEG has been prepared by using the approach of solution casting. Chitosan Schiff base / PEG Au and Ag nanocomposites were synthesized, nanocomposites and polymer blends have been characterized by FTIR which confirm the formation of Schiff base by revealing a new band of absorption at 1693 cm-1 as a result of the (C=N) imine group. FESEM, DSC and TGA confirm the thermal stability

Defect formation, including voids and lack of fusion, as well as sudden response forces and residual stresses, can substantially undermine joint performance. This study presents an innovative three-dimensional finite element model to predict the coupled thermomechanical conditions experienced during the friction stir welding (FSW) of AA 6061-T6 lap T-joint design. The study identifies the geometrical parameters of the FSW tool, including shoulder and pin diameters, as well as pin form (cylindrical and tapered), as critical var

Intravaginal probiotics have been suggested as an alternative to antibiotics for addressing vaginal dysbiosis, but their effects across varying synchronization durations have not been thoroughly studied in goats. The current study was conducted to assess the effect of intravaginal probiotic use in association with various progesterone sponge durations on vaginal microbiota and reproductive effciency in Black Iraqi goats. Forty-four adult goats (2–5 years) were randomly assigned to four groups (n = 11) fo

Genetic variability, particularly in the Tumour Necrosis Factor-alpha (TNF-α) gene, may influence patients’ response to biological therapies such as etanercept. This study evaluated the association of four TNF-α gene polymorphisms (rs361525 G/A, rs673 G/A, rs1800629 G/A, and rs1800750 G/A) with serum TNF-α levels and response to etanercept in Iraqi patients with psoriasis. A retrospective study was conducted on 80 patients with moderate-to-severe psoriasis who received etanercept for at least six months. Patients were categorised as responders (≥ 75% PASI reduction) or non-responders (≤ 50% PASI reduction). Genotyping was performed using PCR and

X-ray fluorescence technique was used to analyze the chemical composition of this alloy. LSP treatment was performed with a Q-switched Nd: YAG laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm. The results show that laser shock processing can significantly increase. The micro-hardness and surface roughness of the LSP-treated sample. Vickers diamond indenter was used to measure the micro-hardness of all samples with different laser pulse energy and the different number of laser pulses. It is found that the metal hardness can be significantly increased to more than 80% by increasing the laser energy and t

The pathophysiology of lymphangioma, vascular malformation and hemangioma is interconnected, blood vessels known to be the site of origin of hamartomas, venous malformations and some neoplasms as benign, tumor-like growth of vessels (hemangiomas). Angiogenesis is the process of formation of new blood vessels from an existing structure.
Aims of study Assessment of angiogenic potential in benign vascular lesions (hemangioma, lymphangioma and lobular capillary hemangioma) of head and neck region.
