It is assumed that, the phytoplankton divided into two compartments namely toxic phytoplankton which produces a toxic substance as a defensive strategy against predation by zooplankton, and a nontoxic phytoplankton. A finite difference method is employed to solve the governing differential equations, continuity, momentum, and energy equation balances.
