Israeli Policy Towards The Palestinian Refugees 1999- 2010

This study aims to identify the Israeli policies towards Palestinian refugees during the period 1999-2010 which had seen several Israeli governments, whether left or right, The researcher found that there is continuity in decision-making and legislation in Israeli governments, regardless of political or ideological orientation towards refugees and the Palestinians during the study, which focused on two main axis, The first: refugee issue in the permanent negotiations where the researcher found that the Israeli position is fixed of the non-return of Palestinian refugees, and Increased the power of the Israeli position by U.S. The seconds axis: deals with Israeli legislation and the views taken by Israel which prevent the right of return for Palestinian among refugees ,where the researcher found that there is a consensus among the parties to fully reject the of the right of return for return for Palestinian refugees.

Thin films of this alloy with different thicknesses (300,700)nm have been grown on glass substrates at room temperature under very low pressure (10-5)Torr with rate of deposition (1.7)nm/sec by thermal evaporation technique, after that these thin films have been heat treated under low pressure (10-2)Torr at (473,673)K for one hour. X-ray patterns showed that both CdSe alloy and thin films are polycrystalline and have the hexagonal structure with preferential orientation in the [100] and [002] direction respectively. This study with OWAS, analyzed working postures for manual material handling of laminations at stacking workstation for water pump assembly line in Electrical Industrial Company (EICO) / Baghdad. A computer program, WinOWAS, was used for the study. In real life workstation was found that more than 26% of the working postures observed were classified as either AC2 (slightly harmful), AC3 (distinctly harmful).
