In the current study, we investigate the effect of  (La) substitution  instead of (Cu) on the properties of the superconductor compound  (Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3-xLaxO10+δ)  with (x=0,0.05,0.1,0.15,0.2). The samples were  prepared  by solid state reaction method(SSR). Xray diffraction technique (XRD) was used to estimate the structural  properties of the specimens which show an orthorhombic crystalline structure for all the specimens.       The results show that the change in ( La) concentration  leads to decrease the concentration of (Bi-2223), increment in (Bi-2212 ) and(Bi-2201) with appearance of some impurities. A simple, rapid and sensitive spectrophotometirc method for the determination of trace amounts of promethazine hydrochloride in the aqueous solution is described. The method is based on the complexation of promethazine hydrochloride with In (III) in the presence of sodium hydroxide to form an soluble product with maximum absorption at 304nm. Beer’s law is obeyed over the concentration range of (2- 20μg/ml) with molar absorptivity of (1.92× 103 L.mol-1 .cm -1 ). The optimum conditions for all development are described and the proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in bulk drug.

     Evapotranspiration (ET) is produced from vegetation transpiration and soil evaporation. The ET measurements must be considered to study water management systems and irrigation (planning, designing and operating). This study is based on USGS (United States Geological Survey) data by the SSEBop (Simplified Surface Energy Balance) model to estimate the total annual amount of ET using ArcGIS software.
