Rice (Oryza sativa) is a fundamental food for the majority of world population. Cyclin Dependent Kinase -A (CDKA) accelerates transition through different stages of cell cycle and contributes in gametes formation. In the present investigation, a CDKA encoding gene along with the corresponding protein were characterized in O. sativa Indica Group, O. glaberrima,  O. barthii, O. brachyantha, O. glumipatula, O. longistaminata, O. meridionalis, O. nivara, O. punctata and O. rufipogon using in silico analyses. The purpose of this research paper is to present the second-order homogeneous complex differential equation   , where   , which is defined on the certain complex domain depends on solution behavior. In order to demonstrate  the relationship between the solution of the second-order of the complex differential equation and its coefficient of function, by studying the solution in certain cases: a meromorphic function, a coefficient of function, and if the solution is considered to be a transformation with another complex solution. In addition, the solution has been provided as a power series with some  applications.

     In this work,   polynomials  and the finite q-exponential operator  are constructed. The operator  is used to combine an operator proof of the generating function with its extension, Mehler's formula with its extension and Roger's formula for the polynomials . The generating function with its extension,  Mehler's formula with its extension and Rogers formula for Al-Salam-Carlitz polynomials  are deduced by giving special values to polynomials .

The available experimental data of proton electronic stopping power for Polyethylene, Mylar, Kapton and Polystyrene are compared with Mathematica, SRIM2013, PSTAR and libdEdx programs or databases.  The comparison involves sketching out both experimental and databases data for each polymer to discuss the agreement.
