ABSTRACT

A field experiment was carried out in the fields of the college of agricultural engineering sciences, university of Baghdad during the fall season of 2021, in order to find out which of the cultivated genotypes of maize are efficient under nitrogen fertilization. The experiment was applied according to a RCBD (split plot design with three replications). The genotypes of experiment (Baghdad, 5018 and Sarah) and  supplying three levels of nitrogen fertilizer, which are N1 (100 kg/ha),  N2 (200 kg/ha) and N3  (300 kg/ha), the results of the statistical analysis are showed the superiority of the cultivar Sarah in the trait of number of days until 50% silking, chlorophyll

Trichomonas vaginalis is a causative agent of trichomoniasis , one of the most common non-viral sexually transmitted disease (STD) over all the world, especially in immunocompromised women such as pregnant. Wet smear and Giemsa stain are the current methods used in hospital to diagnosis trichomoniasis. DNA based diagnosis is still to be validated to diagnose the local isolates, the objective of the present study was to compare the conventional methods of disease diagnosis with the DNA-based method to diagnose Trichomonas incidence in local isolates. Abstract. The minimal or maximal topological space is one of the topological spaces that we will employ in fibrewise locally sliceable and fibrewise locally sectionable. Now in this research I relied on some definitions specific to the research fibrewise maximal and minimal topological spaces. We will define a fibrewise locally minimal sliceable, fibrewise locally maximal sliceable, fibrewise locally minimal sectionable and fibrewise locally maximal sectionable, and I also clarified some examples of them and used them in characteristics by also clarifying them in diagrams.
