Resistance to aminoglycosids is a great problem to therapeutics. Aminoglycoside acetyltransferase producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been reported to be important cause of nosocomial infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the occurrence of aminoglycoside acetyltransferase. A total of 200 clinical and environmental samples were collected over period of five months. The P. aeruginosa isolates were confirm their identification, antibiotic susceptibility profile according to vitek2 compact system. The isolates were subjected to polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays with specific primers for aac (6')-I, aac (6')-Ib, aac (3')-I . The study aimed to examine the sensitivity to stress and its relation to positive mood among educational supervisors. The researcher used the descriptive approach as more an appropriate method for the current study. The sample is composed of (200) educational supervisor. To collect study data, two scales have been used: one scale to measure the sensitivity to stress and the other to measure the positive mood. The results indicated that a high level of sensitivity to stress with low level of positive mood among educational supervisors, sensitivity to stress showed significant differences among the sample regarding to major. 134 samples of plants and animals wastes were taken from three different regions outside Baghdad and three different regions in Baghdad. 24 cellulolytic isolates fungi AO, C1, TH1, AN1, R1, TV, PG, AF, B1, L1, AP, TH, AP1, AN3, AO2, A, A1, C, F, AO1, C2, F1, CL and AP2 independent were chosen out of 48 selected fungi. The best optimal conditions for growth were 30ºC and pH 7. The isolates were identified and screened according to the colony diameter, biomass and density of spores in addition of capability to produce the hydrolytic enzymes for cellulose.

      In this paper, we introduce and study the notation of approximaitly quasi-primary submodules of a unitary left -module  over a commutative ring  with identity. This concept is a generalization of prime and primary submodules, where a proper submodule  of an -module  is called an approximaitly quasi-primary (for short App-qp) submodule of , if , for , , implies that either  or , for some . Many basic properties, examples and characterizations of this concept are introduced.
